Octagon Fabric
I had this design in mind, so I decided to make it. It is an octagon-based 3D printed flexible fabric. I am not sure what is the practical use, it might even be completely useless, but I think it looks cool. It could maybe work as a small fidget toy, a design sample, or something to inspire students when exploring flexible 3D printed structures.
Important notice:
This design gets tangled very easily. If this bother you, this may not be the best thing to print!!!
The model can also be scaled down. I tested it at 60% scale and it still worked, as shown in the image.
